Woolaroc Museum & Wildlife Preserve has enjoyed a great relationship with KKI for many years.  From a technical point of view, they always respond quickly to our needs and communicate well with us.  They also do a terrific job of forecasting with us what our short and long term needs are, life expectancy of servers, system warranties, etc. which allows us to plan and budget several years in the future.   KKI does a very good job of offering technical assistance with a personal touch…..we enjoy and appreciate the relationship that we have with them.

KKI is very responsive to our calls and maintains a working knowledge of our systems, software, and hardware.  They continuously keep us informed on replacement and maintenance of our computers and software.  They monitor all our computers and network for viruses and system failures and immediately contact us if our system should fail, as well as, work diligently to get it back up and running.  Our productivity has greatly increased with their constant monitoring for our repair costs and down time has been greatly reduced.  KKI is an essential element to our infrastructure and productivity.

KKI has provided our outside IT support for a number of years.  The service provided is impeccable and extremely timely!  Most of the time, they can get to us immediately or right after the appointment they are working on.  They are trustworthy and make recommendations as needed to keep our network secure, protected and running like it should.  We recently went through a network upgrade, purchasing a new server, new PC’s and migrated some PC’s to thin clients.  The process was handled in a time sensitive, professional manner that took a lot of stress off of the company. We highly recommend not just the company, but the people at KKI.
